Your Role:

• Meet the annual sales targets.

• Represent the Milli-Q  Lab Water Solution with comprehensive product knowledge and a deep understanding of customer applications and requirements.

• Identify market opportunities and develop a strategic plan to expand the Milli-Q business.

• Enhance and grow the Milli-Q market share.

• Address sales inquiries and establish lasting customer support.

• Manage and oversee accredited distributors and sub-dealers.

• Provide technical and administrative product information and demonstrations.

Who You Are:

• Hold a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Biochemistry, Chemistry, Biology, Pharmacy, or a related field.

• Experience in managing distributors; willingness to travel for business at least 2 weeks per month.

• A minimum of 4 years of sales experience is required for senior positions.

• Passionate, self-motivated, independent, energetic, with integrity, creativity, and results-oriented mindset; capable of working under pressure.

• Strong organizational skills, team player, and excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills are essential.

• High energy, team-oriented, and ability to meet sales goals under pressure.

• Proficient in English communication.
