Location: Shanghai/Jiangsu Suzhou
Your Role:
- Fully responsible for achieving sales target and drive business sustainable growth in corresponding territories by leveraging internal resources, inl CE, ISCO, Marketing, technical supports, and sales specialist
- Secure the annual growth of key customers by understanding customer’s needs and issues, maintaining the strong relationship and managing the expectation on our services and price
- Develop new opportunities by seeding to enhance the intimacy with our customers
- Expand customer coverage by new customer development by direct and indirect channels
- Fully understand market landscape and local competition, and give corresponding business response to support business development
- Be aware of market trend and customer demand and provide accurate FCST
- Well organize sales channels inl both direct and indirect sales to manage and expand target customers
- Effectively manage and develop dealers by following corporate guidelines and compliance requirement
- Well manage the selling prices from different channels and price structure to serve direct end customers
- Other tasks.
Who You Are:
- Good command of English, especially orally communication with customers.
- At least 3 years sales experience on direct sales or AD management for pharmaceutical, or IT industry, and familiar with corresponding customer value chain
- Bachelor or Master’s degree of Biology related, Biochemistry or Pharmaceutical Engineering background is preferred.
- Travel to customer site is required.
- Good organization skill and good management for working independence
- Good execution, integrity, teamwork is definitely required.
- Passion and self-motivated
- Strong interpersonal, communication/customer service skills are essential.
