Your role:

Job Objective: 

• Timely completed TPM activities on equipment mechanical majors

Main Responsibilities：

• Develop and maintain Wuxi site PM master plans (SU, DF & LW), dispatch periodic preventive maintenance work orders in the SAP system, and review and verify work orders closed by maintenance technicians
• Effectively response to CMs during routine production and resolve mechanical and automation control-related anomalies. After resolution, summarize the equipment failure and document it in the CM work order.
• Build and maintain the technical document (SOP/Checklist/) as necessary. Responsible for equipment relevant deviation investigation.
• Well manage the spares and consumables in and out. And ensure safety stock. 
• Assisting and executing the CIP and QIP projects.
• Other related work assigned by leader

Who are you:

Qualification Requirement：

• Bachelor or above degree in Mechanical engineering and automation or related major.
• 5 years of experience in operations and maintenance of manufacturing equipment, familiar with factory equipment operation, repair, and processes; experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
• Skilled in reading mechanical and electrical drawings, familiar with Siemens or Rockwell PLCs, capable of conducting basic automatic control problem troubleshooting. PLC programming skills are preferred. Having electrician's certificate.
• Have SAP operation skills
• Have good oral and writing English capability
• Willing to quick response to CMs during middle and night shift
• Excellent positive attitude and strong sense of service mind set and team spirit
