  • Graduation /Post graduation/PhD. in science or engineering 
  • Working experience on global projects and exposure to a global work environment
  • Proven track record of managing cross-functional projects
  • Strong team orientation, proactive and self-motivated

     1. You apply (Multiple Locations)

  • You create an account in our online application system
  • You fill out your candidate profile (which can be used for other applications as well) and apply for a specific job

 

     2. We screen

  • We have a close look at your application
  • If your profile meets the requirements, you enter the selection process
  • If your profile doesn’t meet the requirements of the applied job role, your profile remains active in our database for future opportunities

 

     3. We assess

  • Our assessment process includes multiple interview rounds
  • Depending on the role, it can also have a case study presentation and/or panel interviews
  • Based on the role and its requirements, we would like to have technical and managerial interviews with you
  • If shortlisted from the earlier rounds of interviews, you will have a final  discussion with the Business unit head/Human Resources (HR) Manager as well

 

     4. We both decide
