“Before joining Merck Technical Service, I used to work in R&D and research laboratories. What I like about my job is that I can have an eye on different projects at the same time, from the development of a formulation for a new vaccine to troubleshooting why some pills are showing visual defects. I can be involved in every stage of the formulation work: early formulation, scaling up, quality control… If I was still in the lab, I would only work on one step at a time and I really enjoy being able to participate in any step.”
