The Women in Leadership Employee Resource Group supports the company in fostering an inclusive workplace that recognizes, develops and promotes qualified women and, thus, increases long-term business success.
With more women participating in leadership programs today, women are increasingly being considered as candidates when filling leadership positions. Our flexible working models and our seminars on unconscious bias are helping to shape our company culture.
In 2019, we signed the Women’s Empowerment Principles, an initiative of UN Women and the UN Global Compact to promote gender equality and women’s empowerment in the workplace.
