Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily administrative operations, maintain organized filing systems, and prepare key documents such as correspondence and reports.
  • Act as the main contact for data protection matters in Algeria and liaise with the local data protection authority.
  • Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings while managing calendars, priorities, and business travel logistics.
  • Serve as a central point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and information flow.
  • Provide day-to-day support to employees and management, including onboarding coordination and first-level administrative assistance.
  • Monitor office expenses and budgets, manage suppliers, and review invoices and expense reports.
  • Oversee office maintenance, coordinate service providers, and ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Contribute to process improvements, implement best practices, and support cross-functional projects.
  • Collaborate with international teams, manage coordination across time zones, and ensure compliance with global policies and standards.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
  • 5–8+ years of experience in office administration, facilities, or operations management.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail; ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with office management software or ERP systems is a plus.
  • Experience with procurement, vendor management, and basic financial processes (invoicing, budgeting, cost control).
  • Excellent communication skills in French, English and Arabic.
  • Demonstrated integrity, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information.
