Your Role: we are looking for a Lead Expert Data Engineer to implement Process Mining technology to enhance business processes. The role involves collaborating with internal customers, functional and digital experts, and stakeholders in the Finance area to translate use cases into effective, scalable, and agile solutions. It also entails working with IT to automate and industrialize data feeds, mentoring colleagues, and contributing to developing a cross-functional Data Governance strategy. The responsibilities include leading the development and implementation of data engineering processes for process mining initiatives, designing, building, and maintaining data pipelines for process mining, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements using process mining techniques, providing technical leadership and guidance to a team of data engineers, and developing and maintaining documentation for data engineering processes and systems.
 
Who you are:

• You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, data engineering, or a related field
• You possess proven experience of a minimum of 5 years in data engineering and process mining, including working with large-scale datasets and complex data pipelines
• You have demonstrated proficiency in programming languages such as Python, SQL, and/or R, exhibit a strong understanding of data modelling, data warehousing, and ETL processes
• You possess excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• You have familiarity with process mining tools and techniques is considered a plus.
• You are proficient in English.
