Key Accountabilities

Facility Management Specialist play a key role to coordinate the planning and execution in the facility maintenance and equipment, with internal stakeholders and external suppliers involved. Capital expenditure projects will be in the scope to coordinate. ISCO Distribution Japan has Ichikawa and Atsugi DC, and they will be your stage to coordinate in facility management standpoint. In short, leading site facility management and coordinate, provide oversight and coach other facilities management staff and/or contractors. This role requires close collaboration internally and externally.

• Coordinate and develop the maintenance planning for site facilities (Atsugi and Ichikawa) and evaluate.
• Plan and manage the budget plan (i.e., maintenance plan and Capex), involving other stakeholders.
• Supervise maintenance activities made by external suppliers.
• Immediate action and correspondence for the emergency command (i.e., Receive exceptional temperature alerts from the system and/or security team).
• Cost control to monitoring, actual spending vs. planned amount, in the overall process, PR creation thru actual billing.
• Key point of contact for Global/APAC team in charge and/or other functions.
• Contribute at EHS committee (if not performed by site EHS lead), in the facility management standpoint.
• Contribute to develop talents for Role level 1 personnel. Be a role model in the team action.
• Aggressive contribution and lead in the cost reduction activities. Manage utility consumption (energy, water, etc.), and find extra cost saving opportunities.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or related fields.

Minimum Qualifications                                                                            

• Minimum 3 years work experience in Facility Engineer Specialist role or similar role will be mandatory.
• Work experience leading the large scale project (About 500K€ or more/project).

Job specific Competencies & Skills

• Middle level facilities management knowledge and skills: action planning, reporting, negotiation, project management, workflow management. Skills and experience for external vendor management, cost negotiation, evaluation for quotation, technical offerings proposed, and vendor performance will be essential.
• On-time execution, focusing on the deadline.
• Extra knowledge and networks, which support to deliver results.
• Business level English skill.
• Works well under pressure.
• Systems & process oriented. Analytical, curious mindset and out-of-box thinking. Respect other’s view. Logical thinking and business skills.

  • Atsugi DC (Ebina station or Hon-Atsugi station, Odakyu line. Or Harataima station, Sagami line, JR.

Personal car commute, accepted.)

• • Ichikawa DC. Ichikawa DC (Ichikawa Ohno station, Musashino line, JR.), 1-2 times per week.
• Business travel, upon request, domestic and international

主な責務

ファシリティマネジメントスペシャリストは、社内のステークホルダーや外部のサプライヤーを巻き込みながら、施設のメンテナンスや設備に関する計画と実行を調整する重要な役割を担う。
設備投資プロジェクトも調整範囲となります。ISCOディストリビューションジャパンには市川DCと厚木DCがあり、ファシリティマネジメントの観点からは、市川DCと厚木DCが調整役となります。
つまり、現場の設備管理をリードし、他の設備管理スタッフや請負業者の調整、監督、指導を行います。社内外との緊密な連携が求められます。
 

• 事業所施設（厚木、市川）のメンテナンス計画を調整、立案し、評価する。
• 他のステークホルダーを巻き込んだ予算計画（保全計画や設備投資など）の立案と管理。
• 外部サプライヤーによるメンテナンス活動の監督。
• 緊急指令への即時対応と対応（例：システムおよび/またはセキュリティチームからの例外的な温度アラートの受信）。
• PRの作成から実際の請求までの全体的なプロセスにおいて、実際の支出額と計画額の対比をモニタリングするためのコスト管理。
• グローバル/APAC担当チームおよび/または他の機能との主要な連絡窓口。
• EHS委員会（サイトEHSリードが実施しない場合）において、施設管理の観点から貢献する。
• 役割レベル1の人材育成に貢献する。チーム行動の模範となる。
• コスト削減活動に積極的に貢献し、リードする。ユーティリティ消費量（エネルギー、水など）を管理し、さらなるコスト削減の機会を見つける。

学歴

工学学士号、または関連分野の学士号
 

最低資格                                                                            

ファシリティエンジニアスペシャリストまたは類似の職務における3年以上の実務経験が必須となる。
大規模プロジェクト（約50万ユーロ以上/プロジェクト）のリーダー経験。
 

具体的な能力・スキル

• ミドルレベルの設備管理に関する知識とスキル：行動計画、報告、交渉、プロジェクト管理、ワークフロー管理。外部ベンダー管理、コスト交渉、見積もり評価、技術提案、ベンダーパフォーマンスに関するスキルと経験が必須となります。
• 納期を厳守する。
