Missions Principales

Le(a) stagiaire aura pour missions de :

• Participer à des projets visant à améliorer la documentation et la formation au sein du département de production.
• Assurer la mise à jour régulière des documents liés à la formation, garantissant leur conformité et leur pertinence.
• Aider l'équipe Compliance dans diverses tâches administratives, notamment :
• Création et gestion des cahiers de route (LogBooks).
• Maintien du bon statut de la documentation du département.
• Fournir un soutien aux opérateurs de production en cas de besoin, en répondant à leurs questions et en les guidant sur les procédures.

Profil Recherché

• Étudiant(e) en école de commerce, droit ou ressources humaines.
• Capacité à travailler de manière autonome tout en collaborant efficacement en équipe.
• Aptitude à transmettre des informations de manière claire et concise, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit.
• Sens de l'organisation et attention aux détails.
• Capacité à évaluer les besoins en formation et à analyser les curriculums existants pour identifier les améliorations nécessaires.
• Proactivité dans l'amélioration des processus de formation et capacité à proposer des idées nouvelles.
• Français courant
