Duration: 6-12 months

Location: Aubonne, Switzerland

Your role:

• Develop practical text analytics solutions and data-driven insights.
• Explore the complex operational data and engineer new modelling features. 
• Documenting data, data curation and model building processes
• Providing proof-of-concepts for testing out ideas and communicating ideas with the solution team

• Interact cross-functionally and capture user requirements to provide a data-driven solution, increasing efficiency for various internal stakeholders.
• Participate in team meetings, workshops, and training sessions to develop skills and knowledge.

Your profil:  

• Currently pursuing a master’s degree in mathematics, Physics, Computer Science or a similar field  willingness to learn about the healthcare industry
• Strong skills and hands-on experience in Machine Learning (ML), Natural Language Processing (NLP), Deep Learning and Statistics
• Proficiency in AWS (including Lambda, SageMaker and EC2), knowledge of Azure is a plus and proficiency in Python  for data manipulation, analysis, and modelling (Knowledge of Python libraries like pandas, numpy, sklearn, nltk, pyspark. Tensorflow and Transformers is a plus.)
• Comfortable reporting results to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Proficiency in establishing and maintaining data pipelines using tools like SQL, PySpark, and Pandas, knowledge of Palantir is a plus.
• Fluent English communication, both written and spoken, with additional language skills like French are considered advantageous.
