Your role:
- Coordination and Collaboration on Product Quality Reviews (PQR): You will assist in the coordination and collaboration of Product Quality Reviews, and ensuring that all quality aspects are thoroughly reviewed and documented
- Participation in Drafting QA Sections in PQR: You will contribute to the writing of specific chapters that fall under QA responsibility within the PQR, helping to maintain the highest standards of quality.
- Support for Market Complaints Activities: You will assist in the investigation and resolution of market complaints, working closely with the production teams to address any quality issues raised by customers.
- Testing of Samples Related to Market Complaints: You will participate to the testing of samples related to market complaints, ensuring that any issues are identified and resolved in a timely manner.
Your profile :
- Educational Background: Currently pursuing studies in Life Sciences (Pharmacy, Engineering degree, Master of Science, Chemistry, or a related field).
- Language Skills: Fluent in both spoken and written English and French (native proficiency in French is a plus).
- Communication Skills: Strong editorial and communication skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively convey complex information.
- Autonomous: Able to work independently, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and task management.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in usual MS Office is needed.
