Your role:
- Participate in daily operational activities : You will actively contribute to the daily tasks of our Quality department, ensuring compliance with established standards and procedures
- Participate in continuous improvement of the site Quality Systems : You will be optimizing our quality processes. You will collaborate closely with various teams to identify improvement opportunities and effectively integrate them into our systems
- Support Risk Management activities: You will assist in evaluating risks associated with our operations, providing support in identifying, analyzing, and implementing corrective measures to minimize potential risks
- Automation of Routine Tasks: You will be responsible for streamlining and automating certain administrative or repetitive tasks using tools like Power Apps and Power Automate. This mission will allow you to enhance the efficiency of our quality systems while reducing manual workload
Your profile :
- Ideally Master’s degree in Quality, Management, or Engineering through a work-study program.
- Passionate about innovation and constantly seek to improve existing processes. Your curiosity and creativity are your greatest assets in proposing innovative solutions.
- Proficient in project management, capable of effectively managing your time, and able to strategically plan your tasks.
- You are fluent in both English and French, which allows you to collaborate with international teams and draft high-quality technical documents.
