Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated intern to join our Warehouse Compliance and Project Management team. This internship will focus on aligning our operations with the new archive management process, facilitating archive repatriation requests, and updating warehouse procedures in response to these changes. Additionally, you will be involved in a digitalization project related to warehouse activities.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the implementation of the new archive management process.
  • Support the coordination of archive repatriation requests.
  • Update and maintain warehouse procedures in alignment with new compliance standards.
  • Contribute to the digitalization project aimed at enhancing warehouse operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of processes.
 

Qualifications:

  • Currently undertaking studies in a relevant field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English an french (both written and verbal).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
