In the context of the activities of the Supply Operations OE & Expert Digital SUPPLY department, it intervenes on all digital aspects and subjects related to the activities of the supply operations department.Within the Supply Operations OE & Expert Digital SUPPLY department, the Digital Key User assumes a pivotal role in managing all digital aspects pertinent to the supply operations. Reporting directly to the Warehouse Manager, they spearhead digital initiatives aimed at optimizing the efficiency of the supply operations department.

Main Responsibilities:

• Generate comprehensive reports on digital activities and initiatives through data formatting.
• Facilitate efficient analysis of production data by cross-functional teams using digital tools.
• Ensure accurate declaration and diligent monitoring of deviations related to digital activities.
• Manage and investigate deviations associated with digitization tools and processes.
• Maintain strict adherence to established procedures, work instructions, and quality standards in digital activities.
• Draft and oversee Corrective and Preventive Actions (CCPs) relevant to digital operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or Master's degree in Digital
• 3 to 5 years of demonstrable experience in SAP with a proven track record in multiple Key User roles or ERP implementation.
• Proficiency in French and English languages is mandatory.
• Strong spirit of innovation and determination
