Your role:
You will help to implement, maintain and improve a strong PMO Management approach across the site. In your role you will ensure that the site project portfolio are fully aligned with our strategic site objectives. This includes the project selection, prioritization and execution phases . In your role you will support and coach all project managers in alignment with our GHO PMO Best practices & Guidelines.
Strategic support:
- Ensur implementation of effective Project Portfolio management across full site and ensure the alignment of portfolio & priorities with site strategy.
- Manage the portfolio of projects for the organization, collect project ideas, maintain project pipeline and lead the prioritization exercise.
- Implement a holistic visibility and perf. Mgmt. on all existing projects managed at site level to drive overall Site PMO maturity
Processes, methods and tools:
- Apply and improve standardized tools, templates to support projects
- Monitor and follow-up of project progresses and risks and ensure communication/sharing with appropriate stakeholders, in order to meet site and company strategic objectives.
- Establish & Monitor effective resource capacity planning and escalate potential risks of over/underload with impacts on the portfolio delivery to the respective department head.
Training and coaching:
- Act as a coach for project managers, sponsors and department leaders during project selection, priorization and execution (where needed)
- Develop project management culture: train, coach, collaborate and share best practices.
- Provide coaching to defined projects and project leads as needed during certain project phases, including overall project management, workshop and meeting preparation and facilitation.
Who you are:
- 3+ years of experience in a regulated manufacturing environment like Biotech manufacturing (DS, DP & FP) or similar
- Strong Project Management Experience ideally with PMP Certification or relevant (or equivalent relevant experience)
- Coaching & Capability Building experience and motivation
- Strong Process and Performance Management mindset
- Problem solving skills to apply to investigate issues and drive improvements.
- Strong Influencing & collaboration skills
- Strong Communication skills with peers and senior leaders
