Your Role:
As part of the Supply Operation from Aubonne site you will join the PSAT (Packaging Science & technology) team in charge of the project and Packaging material life cycle management. Your mission will focus on :
Artwork Management :
You are in charge of the technical coordination and follow-up of Artwork creation & modification for Packaging material at Aubonne site. You ensure artworks are done based on technical specification up to date (for each modification, new product introduction and transfer) and are in charge of the technical validation of artworks. You will also Manage artwork implementation date in coordination with the Global team and planning team while implementing innovative solutions onto the line trough small project management.
Master data management and ERP activities:
You will ensure the management of master data for item codes as well as the management of bill of material and of purchase information in collaboration with procurement and suppliers. You also regularly follow-up with the Material flow through our ERP system (SAP)
Quality Activities :
You will be in charge of the deviations in our quality system related to secondary packaging material and realize shop floor investigation related to packaging material. You are the Point of contact with the Suppliers for Packaging activities and will handle Complaints/Information Management for the secondary packaging material (redaction, discussion, follow-up). Finally, you will manage changes related to packaging material through our quality tools.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor/degree in a Pharmaceutical field
- Significant experience in Artworks management domain, previous experience in Packaging environment is a plus
- Highly motivated, proactive and solution oriented
- Ability to investigate at the shop floor and bring your technical expertise
- Good knowledge of Office Pack (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) and ERP (SAP)
- Good written and oral knowledge in French and English
