Are you ready to take the next step in your career within the pharmaceutical industry? We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Associate Manager in Packaging Operations to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will lead a team of 12-18 individuals, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality finished products while fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.

 

As an Associate Manager, you will be at the forefront of our packaging operations, responsible for one of our strategic packaging lines. You will collaborate closely with planners to ensure optimal planning and material availability, while also acting as a process expert to troubleshoot technical issues and support improvement and capital expenditure projects. Your commitment to quality is essential as you manage quality issues in partnership with operators, QA, and compliance teams, ensuring that all operations adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

You will work autonomously, delivering results and KPIs while taking the lead on various projects. Your ability to communicate transparently and foster teamwork will be crucial as you support all stakeholders in a constructive atmosphere. Additionally, you will participate in inspections as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for your activities.

 

Your Profile:

 

  • Higher education in engineering or pharmacy
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical environment
  • In-depth knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
  • Proficient in computer tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Eager to learn and utilize TW, SAP, PAS-X
  • Proven experience in team management and leadership roles
  • Passionate about developing individuals and the team
  • Positive, collaborative attitude with strong communication skills
  • Proactive in problem resolution and achieving results
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple subjects
  • Resilient and capable of meeting tight deadlines and KPIs
  • Fluent in French and English
