We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Packaging Operations Compliance Manager to lead a dedicated team of 8-10 professionals responsible for ensuring compliance and process support across six packaging lines.

 

Your role:

 

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring that all packaging operations adhere to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements. You will be responsible for investigating deviations and complaints, defining and implementing Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to continuously enhance our operations.

 

As the Packaging Operations Compliance Manager, you will oversee the creation and maintenance of procedures and training programs within the packaging department. You will manage inspection preparation activities and actively participate as a presenter during inspections. Your team consists of experts specializing in Packaging, MES, Track & Trace, vision systems, and data integrity. They provide critical support to packaging operations, focusing on operational support, continuous improvement, and project implementation.

 

In this role, you will operate with a high degree of autonomy, taking the initiative to deliver results and key performance indicators (KPIs). You will lead cross-functional collaboration, fostering a team-oriented environment where managers, experts, and operators work together constructively. Your transparent communication style will encourage teamwork and support the development of all team members.

 

Your profile:

 

  • Proven experience in managerial roles within the pharmaceutical or packaging industry.
  • Higher education degree in pharmacy or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of GMP regulations and experience in a pharmaceutical environment.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office and familiarity with TrackWise (TW); experience with PAS-X is highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Positive, solution-oriented, and proactive attitude.
  • Excellent communication, listening, and empathetic skills.
  • Resilience and ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Fluency in both French and English is required.
