Duration: fixed-term contract of 36 months
As the Work Package Owner (WPO), you will oversee the execution of the DSP work packages of Helvetia, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet all project objectives. You will coordinate design reviews, manage procurement activities, and serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and collaboration across teams.
Responsibilities:
- Define the scope, objectives, and deliverables of the work package.
- Develop and maintain detailed plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Supervise procurement activities and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery.
- Review and validate design documents to align with project requirements.
- Oversee the execution of the work package, ensuring quality and compliance.
- Act as the primary contact for all work package-related matters.
- Provide regular updates on progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
- Manage the budget and coordinate resource needs effectively.
Who you are:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in engineering or manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of Biotech process equipment and engineering principles.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proactive in problem-solving and driving project success.
- Proficiency in project management tools; knowledge of SAP is a plus.
- Fluent in English (B2 or higher); additional languages are a plus.
