Your Role: As a QA Engineer, you will play a critical role in supporting manufacturing activities, focusing on Equipment and Automated Systems within the Quality Assurance scope. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supervising systems to ensure that Equipment and Automated Systems are initially implemented and qualified according to current guidelines and regulations.
- Ensuring qualified Equipment and Automated Systems are operating in their validated state and that they remain in a validated status during their lifecycle.
- Providing QA support for Equipment and Automated Systems projects that impact all Aubonne Site departments.
- Ensuring QA support for Equipment and Automated Systems owners, deviation management, and change control management, while also fostering engagement and development of direct reports.
- As internal interfaces: Quality Unit, Technical and Digital Operations (TDO), Manufacturing ( Fill and Finish), Supply Operations and Global functions
Who You Are:
- You are a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in Quality Assurance within the pharmaceutical or manufacturing sector.
- You possess excellent communication skills and are adept at working collaboratively across departments to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
- A relevant degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
- Experience in Quality Assurance within the pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of equipment qualification and validation processes.
- Ability to manage projects and support cross-functional teams effectively.
