Who You Are:

You are a dedicated professional with a minimum of 2 years of experience in manufacturing controlling, particularly with a strong focus on product costing. Your background may include experience in the biotech industry, which is a plus. You possess exceptional interpersonal skills, allowing you to thrive in a matrixed environment. You demonstrate a natural curiosity and intelligence, coupled with a remarkable ability to synthesize information and identify connections, enabling you to see the bigger picture and drive effective solutions. You have advanced knowledge of SAP, TM1, and SAP BI, along with proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with Power BI is an added advantage. You are business fluent in English, and proficiency in French is preferred.

 

Your Role:

  • Financial Reporting & Forecasting: Deliver insightful financial reports and forecasts that guide strategic decision-making.
  • Operations Analysis: Conduct in-depth analyses to optimize operational efficiency and resource allocation.
  • Business Cases & Capital Expenditure Planning: Support the development of robust business cases and manage capital expenditure planning to support our growth objectives.
  • Controlling & Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial regulations and standards, safeguarding the integrity of our financial operations.

In addition to these hands-on tasks, you will support the site leadership team by providing fact-based analyses and actionable recommendations on diverse operational matters. Your expertise will drive standardization, simplification, and efficiency within the financial function, continuously enhancing and implementing best practices across the organization.
