Title: Analyst – CRM Activities

Location: Bangalore – Electronic City

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

Create / Update contact and account in SFDC. Create/Assign Leads in SFDC. Work on Cases in SFDC. Adhere to TAT and Quality for all the process as set. Work on Adhoc requests when asked/requested. Work on additional responsibilities given by TL.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Create/Update the Accurate Customer data in SFDC.
• Support Data Cleansing process on SFDC
• Create & assign Leads for Sales and Marketing team.
• Support Global team.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with inclination to work on SFDC tool.

Experience:

• Fresher or 1-3 years (Analyst) of experience is preferred.
• A sound knowledge of written and spoken English.

Technical Skills / Competencies:

• Basics of MS Excel & MS Word
• Eye for detailing and accuracy
• Mindset towards working on data cleansing activities.

Behavioral Competencies:

• Quick & agile mindset
• Customer orientation

ADDITIONAL LOCAL NEEDS

• Shift timings 1:30 pm to 10:30 pm IST time zone, covering Global teams.
