Your Role:

You will manage credit and collection activities for the US and Canada region, overseeing a portfolio valued at $8-$10 million. This includes engaging with customers to request payment for past due balances and addressing any disputes. With a customer base of over 100 accounts, you will conduct more than 20 calls daily to ensure timely collections.

Who You Are:

Minimum Requirements:

• 6 months to 2 years of demonstrated credit and collection experience in a corporate environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in any field (accounting preferred).

Maximum Requirements:

• Responsible for collecting receivables and resolving disputes and claims.
• Deliver service levels and meet SLA/KPI targets for the accounting function.
• Analyze customer payment trends to forecast collections and facilitate relevant meetings.
• Knowledge of SAP and Oracle systems.
• Oversee cash application and deduction management while fostering positive relationships with stakeholders.
