PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

 

  • Work as a team to support Commercial Pricing team to achieve the sales goal.
  • Involves preparation of Pricing files & other Pricing & Sales related activities
  • Upload/deliver the Price files as per the customer requirement.
  • Maintenance of prices on SAP.
  • Generation of basic reports from BI
  • Preparation of master price file

 

 

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

 

  • Extraction of data from SAP and creation of custom Price Files using MS-Access (materials ranges from 400, 000 – 500,000 per file)
  • Preparation of master price files with 145+ fields
  • Price file validation – Comparing customer agree conditions Vs conditions available on ERP
  • Generation of Sales report for various Business Units
  • Preparation of CSP upload file and load it in ERP systems (P01, PRE, PRP and Oracle)
  • Qualifying cases in SFDC by adding case reasons
  • Extraction of customer conditions from ERP systems
  • Extraction of reports from SFDC for the list of quotes and reporting back to stake holders.
