Who you are:

• Supports Product Managers with Product Life Cycle Management activities as per the business requirements.
• Review product setup completeness, Master data completeness and correctness.
• Support master data management including data review, data cleansing, data enrichment and data consistency checks.
• Review PIM data compilation and data cleansing. Trouble shoot Web PDP data.
• Handle Change control, Material extension and ticketing systems to support Product Life cycle activities.
• Support Product Managers with Portfolio initiatives like Back-order clearance, Global extension and Lost source trouble shooting.
• Meeting the SLA and TAT as per the agreed guidelines with the Stakeholders.
• Accountable for meeting and maintaining defined standards for quality and productivity.
• Ensure that internal customer's requirements are met on timely basis.
• Demonstrate good process knowledge within the process on all the activities.
• Support the team with Efficiency gains through various Process improvement ideas.
• Assist Specialist and Team with ISO and other additional activities.
• This position has no supervisory responsibility nor require any Business Travel.

Your role:

• Scientific Knowledge – Proficiency and functional command expected over Life science subject.
• Understanding of roles and responsibilities of Business Operations.
• Proficiency with internet and e-mail.
• Good skills in Office 365 tools (Excel, Teams, Outlook, SharePoint).
• Good skills in Data analytics tools (Power BI, Palantir).

• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Good organizational skills.
• Proficient in Problem solving, Planning & execution.
• Good understanding of management of interfaces and process understanding is required.
• High ability for self-management.
