Title: Analyst - Mango Documentation
Location: Bangalore – Electronic City
SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY:
In this position you are responsible for managing various Supply Chain activities to support Supplier Master Data team.
PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
Support ISCO- Supplier Master Data Team in the required processes for US/EUROPE region.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Support the supply chain activities to ensure the respective Supplier Master Data processes as agreed with business.
- Focus to ensure implementation and monitoring of the Quality Management System and continuous improvement.
- Ensure management of tasks and documentation.
- Maintenance and creation of Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions, Specifications ensuring documents are available via Mango (internal documentation system used for procedures, quality agreements, etc.).
- Ensure good connect with Stakeholders, Quality Assurance, attend team meetings and have regular contacts with regional and global team.
- Function as a trusted partner, collaborator, and communicator.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree based majors preferred, such as Supply Chain, Computer Technology, Management, Information System, Commerce, Science, or any Life Science equivalent.
Experience:
- Have 0-2 years' experience related to Life science industry, ideally with a mix of Manufacturing / Quality operations, Distribution Warehouse management or other related activities.
Technical Skills / Competencies:
- Knowledge of MS office package (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and appropriate Analytical Tools.
- Fair knowledge about Documentation tools such as CARA. Good Documentation Practices is an advantage.
