As an integral part of our global Healthcare Digital, Data & IT group, you deliver technical expert support and enable rapid issue resolution and evolutionary maintenance for the org's Project & Portfolio Management (PPM) software application Planisware E7. Your accountabilities comprise the following activities:
· Provide technical support and solve technical challenges based on thorough understanding of the functional scope
· Estimate implementation effort based on high level requirements and solid understanding of underlying business processes
· Conceptualize technical design and implement complex requirements in line with internal customer expectations
· Meticulously review the design, test cases and code
· Understand and evolve data model and data flows of the application to adjacent systems in line with internal customer requirements
· Support the continuous de-risking and de-customization of the org-specific Planisware configuration
· Coordinate onsite and offshore team members from IT, business, and vendor (Planisware)
· Update work statuses and actively participating in team communication through the Jira tool to ensure transparent and effective coordination
· Maintain consistent and up-to-date documentation related to the application
· Live and breathe agile practices incl. daily scrum, iteration planning, retrospectives etc.
· Actively expand own knowledge of business needs and processes, being able to propose solutions that meet requirements and facilitate the long-term success of the organization
TECHNICAL PROFILE REQUIRED
· Technical expertise in Planisware E7 framework and Planisware PRO customization tool
· Sound knowledge of Planisware E7 data model
· Programming experience in Planisware v2 scripting
· Functional knowledge of Portfolio/Project Management/Resource Management/Timecard/Administration functionalities in Planisware
· Knowledge of Planisware E7 PRO and Intranet, Planisware services, performance monitoring etc.
· Experience in providing L2+ support and change management (bug fixes, customization changes, enhancements) for Planisware E7
· Analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills
· Experience in working in global cross-cultural teams
· Self-driven and motivated with strong passion
