Position Summary

The Senior Salesforce Architect is responsible for defining the technical architecture, design standards, and platform strategy for Salesforce solutions supporting key business processes. The role partners with business and technology stakeholders to ensure Salesforce is scalable, secure, and aligned to enterprise roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture, covering Sales, Service, Experience, and platform capabilities.

• Translate business requirements into scalable and secure technical designs.

• Govern solution design, development standards, integration patterns, and technical documentation.

• Collaborate with product owners, enterprise architects, and engineering teams across the delivery lifecycle.

• Define and maintain platform guidelines, reusable components, and best practices.

• Oversee integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems such as ERP, MDM, Identity, and Data Platforms.

• Support DevOps processes including CI/CD, versioning, testing, and sandbox management.

• Conduct design reviews and provide architectural guidance to developers and administrators.

• Evaluate new Salesforce features, releases, and ecosystem capabilities for platform adoption.

• Contribute to performance, security, compliance, and data governance standards.

• Mentor platform engineers and junior architects to uplift internal capabilities.

Required Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of experience in software engineering or architecture roles.

• 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience across multiple cloud offerings.

• Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform technologies (Apex, Flows, LWC, APIs).

• Working knowledge of integration approaches (REST, SOAP, MQ, Middleware, ETL).

• Familiarity with enterprise data models, security models, and identity frameworks.

• Experience in large-scale, multi-cloud, or multi-system implementations.

• Strong analytical and communication skills, with ability to engage business and technical stakeholders.

• Hands-on experience in Contact Center implementations on Salesforce, including Service Cloud, Omni-Channel, CTI/Telephony integrations, and agent console design.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with product-based delivery models.

• Exposure to CPQ, Field Service, CLM, or AI capabilities on Salesforce is beneficial.

• Experience with DevOps tooling (e.g., Copado, Git-based CI/CD pipelines) is desirable.

• Experience in regulated or compliance-driven environments is beneficial.

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
