Job Title: Project Manager – GRO Team

Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive Project Manager to support the Growth Realization Office (GRO) team within the organisations Life Science Integrated Supply Chain and Operations (ISCO). In this role, you will focus on Project management and PMO activities for various projects within the GRO team, helping ensure that each project is executed smoothly, on time, and within scope. This role is ideal for someone who is accurate, diligent, reliable, agile, structured, team-oriented, organized, and lead projects in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day activities of multiple projects within the GRO team, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
  • Support project planning and execution, working closely with project leads to track progress and address challenges as they arise.
  • Coordinate project resources and information, facilitating effective communication across team members and stakeholders.
  • Monitor project deliverables, milestones, and key metrics, providing regular status updates and highlighting any risks or issues.
  • Maintain project documentation, including status reports, action logs, and risk registers.
  • Organize and support project meetings by preparing agendas, documenting key actions and decisions, and following up on deliverables.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in PM and leading & managing projects
  • Familiarity with project management fundamentals, such as Agile or Waterfall methodologies, and project lifecycle stages.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Add Ons:

  • Knowledge of digital project management tools (e.g., excel, Jira, MS Project) and an interest in digital solutions for project management.
  • Awareness of digital transformation trends and a desire to leverage digital tools to improve project delivery.
  • Any experience or coursework in digital project management would be a plus.
