Job Description


Join our innovative team and become a key player in our mission to transform healthcare by unleashing the power of patient-focused real-world data (RWD) and real-world evidence (RWE). We are passionate leaders in the field of quantitative sciences, dedicated to creating visionary solutions that harness real-world and patient-centric data from early development through the entire drug lifecycle. In this role, you will design and implement cutting-edge data analytics solutions that timely guide decision-making in all phases of drug development and ensure regulatory and healthcare providers acceptance.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage projects that deliver high-quality RWD analyses, ensuring alignment with established timelines and quality standards while collaborating seamlessly with multidisciplinary study teams.
  • Develop and validate analytical outputs in accordance with the Statistical Analysis Plan, providing strategic insights and guidance on RWD and RWE methodologies.
  • Engage in ad-hoc programming activities to support both internal and external stakeholders, which may include processing large datasets, scaling algorithms, and creating intuitive application interfaces.
  • Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovative thinking and proactive problem-solving, contributing to our vision of delivering fit-for-purpose solutions that enhance patient outcomes throughout the drug lifecycle.
  • Communicate scientific findings effectively to diverse audiences, translating complex data into actionable insights that support decision-making and drive strategic initiatives.

 

Who You Are:

  • Doctoral and/or master’s degree (e.g., PhD, MSc) in Biostatistics, Epidemiology, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience with RWD/RWE is essential, with a strong background in the pharmaceutical industry or a CRO, equivalent to a minimum of 9 years of relevant experience.
  • Proven track record in processing large real-world datasets for analyses and studies, with expertise in predictive modeling, machine learning, and artificial intelligence methodologies. Ability to develop, learn and apply state-of-the-art methodologies.
  • Proficiency in coding language R. Python, and SAS are advantageous.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and convey scientific evidence to peers and stakeholders effectively.
  • A collaborative and proactive working style, demonstrating the ability to work independently while contributing to team goals.
