Your Role:

As an SAP SD Manager and Lead Architect, you will be responsible for gathering business requirements, designing, and configuring SAP SD systems to support Life Sciences Order to Cash business processes.
You will leverage your understanding of business needs and the SAP ecosystem to deliver impactful solutions.
As a senior experimented Architect, you will play the role to lead / mentor your team members on complex solutions.
 

Key Responsibilities include:

• Partner with the Business Process Owner in the LS Sustain & Enhance Organization to define and align on SAP Sales / Order to Cash business process requirements and objectives.
• Design and maintain efficient business processes and manage data changes in alignment with business needs.
• Manage and develop a team of 5 to 10 mixed junior and confirmed SAP SD experts
• Provide expert SAP ERP SD consultation for end to end projects, would they be pure ERP or related to overall integrated landscape (Distribution platforms, eCommerce or SFDC platforms, other)
• Oversee business process management, driving continuous improvements across the process landscape.
• Work closely with other streams technical subject matter experts to ensure seamless integration of process, data, and IT solutions.
• Oversee the execution of test cycles and provide support to the business during testing phases.
• Support Go Live activities and provide post-implementation Hypercare assistance for SAP TM

Who You Are:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, IT, or engineering (or equivalent degree).
• At least 10 years of experience in SAP SD , with a strong focus on IT and systems implementation.
• Proficiency in SAP SD system design, configuration, customization, integration, testing, and support.
• Experience in SD integration with omni channels is a plus.
• Proven experience with full-lifecycle implementations & Familiar with project management office tasks, including coordination, planning, and moderation.
• Strong collaborative mindset, with the ability to establish credibility with internal teams, customers, and partners.
• Strong communication skills in English, with an ability to understand and convey requirements clearly, are essential for this role
• Previous team management expertise (hire, develop and HR manage employees) will be a plus
