The Market BPEs handle country-specific processes and projects in MBS Employee Servicesv (ES), making sure they're aligned with GPOs and follow a standardized approach. The position is concentrating on designing and developing processes in alignment with relevant stakeholders by focusing on simplification, harmonization and standardization, documentation, and performance measurement of these processes in line with the company strategy:

 

  • Market BPEs for India related topics across the MBS ES portfolio and across all value streams. The clear focus is on bringing in more local process expertise as an additional layer to our Global Process Owners (GPO) and Operations
  • Accountable to define, align, implement the local MBS-ES processes in different Value Streams in close collaboration with local Stakeholders (e.g. Group HR).
  • Monitor relevant local/regional process related KPIs in the context of the defined quality management framework
  • Identifies and coordinates continuous process improvement on a local/regional level (e.g. based on customer feedback, benchmark data,…) including the change management and enablement to drive efficiency and quality increase
  • Manage / Support local/regional projects and initiatives
  • Translate the new scope / new HR products / new standards / tools into the local market specifics: Design to-be process, involving all relevant stakeholders, enable Operations
  • Actively support end-to-end process standardization using the BPM toolkit, drive agreed process changes in their area, and aim for maximum standardization and harmonization, including relevant process documentation standards, to improve Service Delivery efficiency significantly
  • Supports process transformation, standardization, modularization, and automation towards strategic E2E goals, extending beyond MBS scope. Identifies and coordinates structural improvements, ensuring enhanced process efficiency and quality at the country level
  • Actively contributes to realization of important business projects (e.g. in the context of M&A, divesture)
  • Act as strategic enabler & sparring partner for delivery teams in hubs, centers, and countries and drives process enhancements and innovation within operations

 

Your Profile: 

 

  • Academic degree in relevant discipline (e.g. Business Administration)
  • At least 5 years of experience in HR operations related fields in a corporate or consulting environment
  • 1-3 years’ experience working in international teams demonstrating success in position(s) involving demonstrated success in projects and initiatives aimed at implementing measurable process improvements
  • Experience working with HR stakeholders at country, regional and global levels
  • Experience working with operational HR delivery teams
  • Strong HR knowledge with focus on different processes of the employee lifecycle
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong Process Excellence Skills (Process improvement, Process mining, Six Sigma)
  • English skills native / C1 level + market specific languages
