Job Summary:
The Business Process Architect is responsible for defining, modeling, and optimizing business processes across an organization. They collaborate with stakeholders, IT teams, and leadership to ensure efficient workflows, automation opportunities, and compliance with industry standards.

 

Key Responsibilities:


Process Design & Optimization:

  • Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Design and document optimized workflows using process modeling tools 
  • Develop frameworks for process standardization and automation.
  • Align business processes with organizational goals and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Work closely with leadership to ensure process improvements drive business value.
  • Establish governance frameworks for process ownership and continuous improvement.

 

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Work with cross-functional teams, IT business partners, IT development team, and operations, to streamline processes.
  • Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure process feasibility.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions for process adoption.
  • Performance Measurement & Compliance:
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure process effectiveness.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements in process design.
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure continuous process improvement.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 10+ years in business process management, process reengineering, or enterprise architecture.


Technical Skills:

  • Experience with process modeling tools (e.g., Python, DBMS, Project management tools, Visio, data analytics).
  • Understanding of AI, and digital transformation strategies.

 

Soft Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to lead workshops and drive cross-functional collaboration.
