Your Role:

• Design, develop, and operate advanced data, analytics, and automation solutions using Palantir, Python, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Tableau, and GenAI.
• Architect and implement scalable integrations, including building and maintaining RESTful APIs, with strong error handling, performance optimization, and reliability.
• Lead initiatives for tool implementation and optimization, setting standards, reusable components, and best practices to improve delivery efficiency and quality.
• Manage small projects with oversight while independently owning complex technical workstreams within larger initiatives; coordinate stakeholders and maintain alignment.
• Apply basic MANGO usage to locate relevant process/change/audit records and partner with SMEs for validation and audit-related deliverables.
• Design and code advanced analytics pipelines and data models (Palantir/Python); perform sophisticated analyses and build complex visualizations (Power BI/Tableau).
• Build, optimize, and troubleshoot intricate Power Automate workflows with advanced error handling; develop complex applications in Power Apps; apply GenAI responsibly to accelerate insights and documentation.
• Develop, secure, document, and version RESTful APIs; implement monitoring/alerting and performance tuning for integrations and data services.
• Lead technical workstreams: define backlog and estimates, sequence tasks, track delivery, and provide clear stakeholder communications and demos.
• Manage small projects with oversight: define scope and schedule, track dependencies, maintain risk/issue logs, and escalate impediments promptly.
• Establish and enforce coding standards, testing strategies, code reviews, and CI/CD practices; ensure source-control hygiene and observability for pipelines and apps.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, user guides, and reusable templates/components to accelerate future delivery.
• Use MANGO at a basic level to navigate process/change/audit records; collaborate with quality/compliance teams to support validation documentation and audit readiness.
• Drive continuous improvement in tooling and processes; mentor peers on advanced features, patterns, and best practices.
  
  

Who you are:

• Qualification required - CS/MCA/MSc
• Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Capable of working independently and taking initiative.
• 1-2 Years of experience in relevant field is must. 
• Experience with Power BI/Tableau, Python, Palantir.
• Project Management and GenAI are nice to have.
