Role Overview:

 

We are seeking a highly skilled Expert for Architecture & Partner System Integration to lead and coordinate all activities related to the ONE LS ERP template and its upcoming deployment implementation. This pivotal role is responsible for ensuring a seamless transition across configuration, development, and manual tasks, contributing to the overall success of the project.

Key responsibilities include overseeing the setup of partner systems, managing interdependencies, and facilitating regular alignments and status updates to minimize disruptions throughout the deployment process. The Expert will serve as the central point of contact for Program and Deployment Leadership, as well as for all project streams, to ensure cohesive collaboration and communication.

In this role, you will drive overall alignment, risk mitigation, and execution excellence across various phases of Template and Deployment Releases. Your expertise will be crucial in orchestrating activities that lead to successful integration and deployment, fostering a collaborative environment that supports project goals and timelines.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Maintain Partner System- and Interface- List
  • Ensure seamless integration between LS ERP Core, SAP and non SAP applications
  • Define parallel change requests and project plan for connected applications, aligned with LS ERP Core Implementations
  • Manage execution with one common timeline for all partner systems/interfaces
  • Create a dependency matrix to visualize and steer relationships
  • Identification and documentation of reconciliation partners of Partner Systems
  • Identify risks, issues, and implement mitigation plans.
  • Conduct regular cross-functional meetings and document follow-up activities.
  • Track progress and provide transparent reporting to leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with global standards and best practices.
  • Support and maintain the technical cutover plan in relationship to Partner Systems and Interfaces.
  • Owner of related data to Partner Systems in each tool used in ONE LS ERP

 

Required Experience & Skills:

 

  • Strong knowledge of SAP configuration, development, and manual task execution.
  • Knowledge and usage of key project tools like JIRA, HP ALM, Smartsheet and Microsoft Office products
  • Expertise in partner system integration and cross-platform dependencies.
  • Strong project management background with focus on governance and execution.
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver in complex, multi-country environments.
  • Experience with risk management, issue resolution, and cutover readiness assessments.

 

Who you are:

 

  • Master’s degree in natural sciences, engineering, IT or business.
  • Work experience of 2-5 years in project management and ERP implementations
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, creativity, analytical strength, and strategic thinking
  • Proactive, self-motivated work approach with a passion for working in teams
  • Proficiency in English and preferably another language
