We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Labware LIMS candidate to join our innovative and dynamic team. The incumbent will be responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing laboratory information management systems that are critical to our research and development, as well as quality assurance processes. The role requires a deep understanding of laboratory workflows and the ability to create LIMS solutions that enhance efficiency, compliance, and data integrity.

 

Your Role:

  • Design, develop, and maintain the Labware LIMS application to meet the needs of our laboratories.
  • Work closely with laboratory personnel to understand their workflow requirements and translate them into effective LIMS configurations.
  • Ensure that LIMS solutions comply with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
  • Lead the integration of LIMS with other laboratory instruments and enterprise systems.
  • Provide technical leadership and project management for LIMS-related projects.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, including design specifications, user manuals, and training materials.
  • Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to LIMS users.
  • Collaborate with IT and quality assurance teams to ensure system reliability, security, and continuous improvement.
  • Stay abreast of new LIMS features and technologies and assess their potential application within the company.

 

Who You Are:

•  Candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree in a computer system, engineer or Technical graduation.

•  8+ years of working experience in Labware LIMS.
•  Proficient in all technical aspects of Java, Interfaces Development (SAP), LIMS Basics, preferably Labware LIMS, Subroutines, Instrument Interfaces, Create or modify parsing scripts.
•  Good knowledge on the Labware databases.
•  Work on the backlogs, fixing the bugs, and working on the change requests.
•  Work experience on the Labware Migration projects.
•  Very good technical understanding and hands on experience with software development projects
•  Proficient in usage of processes such as  change control, version control, release management, service management and the related tools like JIRA, HPSM, GEAR, source code repositories
•  Good to have a work experience in electronics manufacturing units.
