Specific Job Description:

 

Key Accountabilities:

  • Initiate and lead transformation projects aligned with Lean Management principles to enable new ways of working.
  • Diagnose improvement opportunities using transformation tools; design and implement solutions to enhance quality, customer satisfaction, and service levels.
  • Drive the adoption and implementation of the Lean Management system through training, workshops, and coaching.
  • Ensure seamless execution of the monthly Performance Management (PM) cycle across all Hub service units.
  • Coach teams on Daily Management and Problem Solving (PS) tools, including documentation and adoption.
  • Monitor, report, and support optimization projects to enhance process efficiency and work model effectiveness.
  • Develop and deploy a Lean roadmap tailored to GES strategic objectives.
  • Provide project leadership and serve as a senior technical expert on Lean and continuous process improvement.
  • Train and mentor Lean Practitioners; build a network of Change Champions across departments.
  • Lead the deployment of Lean practices in a service delivery environment (e.g., value stream mapping, process redesign, Kaizen, cycle time reduction).
  • Manage a portfolio of high-impact CI initiatives using advanced LSS methodologies
  • Align closely with the Leadership Team to identify, prioritize, and deliver projects that reduce waste and process variation.
  • Facilitate ideation workshops and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Own change initiatives from ideation to execution through structured governance.
  • Support stabilization of new transitions including metric identification, measurement system setup, reporting structures, CI roadmap design, and risk management.
  • Promote a performance-oriented culture by continuously improving GES processes and services.
  • Ensure robust data delivery processes and enable performance tracking through technology tools.

 

 

Education:

Graduation/Masters in any discipline

 

Work Experience:

Minimum of 12-15 years of work experience in similar capacity
Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt

  • Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical thinking with a focus on overcoming barriers, optimizing performance metrics, and delivering impactful, data-driven results.
  • Leadership & Mentoring: Demonstrated initiative, leadership, and mentoring abilities, with experience building high-performing teams and driving cross-functional collaboration.
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: Deep customer orientation with a relentless focus on service quality, satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
  • Agility & Innovation: Open to fresh ideas, experienced in multicultural environments, and constantly challenging the status quo to improve ways of working.
  • Technical & Digital Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office tools including Project, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Minitab, with functional exposure across disciplines like manufacturing, engineering, and quality.
