Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Specialist with over 8 years of hands-on experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be an expert with a proven track record of managaing and supporting complex Citrix & NetScaler ADCs environments.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and support Citrix virtualization solutions, including Citrix Virtual Applications & Desktops, and Citrix Cloud.
• Support Citrix NetScaler infrastructure, including load balancing, GSLB, authentication, and SSL offloading.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Citrix solutions with other IT systems and applications.
• Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution of Citrix-related issues.
• Develop and maintain documentation for Citrix configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to Citrix.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Citrix administration and engineering.
• Expertise in supporting multiple Citrix XenApp (CVAD), and Citrix Cloud environments atleast at an L2 level.
• Proficiency in configuring and maintaining Citrix NetScaler ADC appliances.
• Strong understanding of virtualization and networking concepts.
• Solid experience with Windows Server operating systems and Active Directory.
• Working knowledge on automation and scripting tools such as Powershell.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues independently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
