Job Title: Expert Quality Control 

Your Role

As an Expert in Quality Control within our Life Science division in Bangalore, you will play a vital role in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of analytical processes that directly support product quality and compliance. In this position, you will execute timely sampling and analysis in line with defined turnaround times, maintain first-time-right standards, and contribute to data trending and continuous improvement initiatives. You will operate and maintain analytical equipment, prepare standards and stock solutions, and document all results and observations in accordance with department guidelines. You will actively participate in shift monitoring, communicate technical findings to supervisors and colleagues, and contribute to Root Cause Analysis teams to investigate quality deviations. Your commitment to quality management systems and your drive to implement process improvements will be central to your success in this role.

Who You Are

  • You hold a degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmacy, or a related scientific discipline, or bring equivalent practical experience in a Quality Control laboratory environment.
  • You have hands-on experience in analytical techniques, sample analysis, and laboratory operations within a regulated manufacturing or Life Science setting.
  • You demonstrate a solid understanding of Quality Management Systems and are experienced in following and writing standard operating procedures.
  • You bring a continuous improvement mindset, with experience participating in Root Cause Analysis, investigations, or Kaizen initiatives.
  • You are detail-oriented and disciplined in maintaining accurate records, logbooks, and documentation in line with Good Laboratory Practice.
  • You communicate technical results clearly and effectively to supervisors, peers, and internal stakeholders.
  • You are comfortable working in a shift-based environment and can manage multiple analytical priorities while maintaining compliance with KPIs.
  • Proven experience in designing, optimizing, and validating robust analytical methods to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Strong hands‑on expertise with advanced instrumentation including HPLC, ICP‑OES, ICP‑MS, and GC for reliable routine testing.
  • Skilled in fundamental methods such as titrations, UV spectroscopy, and IR spectroscopy, ensuring comprehensive characterization capabilities.
