Job Title: DevOps Windows Automation Engineer (Powershell)

Job Description:
We are seeking a talented Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing infrastructure as code using PowerShell and Azure DevOps. You will manage projects and user requirements, ensuring that our software solutions meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain infrastructure as code using PowerShell.
  • Utilize Azure DevOps to manage and automate deployment processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather user requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure successful implementation.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize existing systems and processes.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in software development and project management.
  • High proficiency in PowerShell and Azure DevOps.
  • Strong understanding of infrastructure as code principles and practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and remotely in a team-oriented environment.

 

Typical Skills:

  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience in managing large Windows server environments (5000+ servers spread globally)
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, etc.).
  • Practical use of Grafana, Palantir Foundry for reporting information
  • Understanding of networking, VMware, REST APIs, ServiceNow, Active Directory
  • Knowledge of configuration management tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, Puppet).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Agile/Scrum methodology experience is a plus.
  • Any experience in the use of AI in test result analysis, end user help systems would be a bonus.
