As a Life Science strategic HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in aligning human resources strategy with business objectives. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership and department heads to develop and implement HR initiatives that drive organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and talent management.

 

Your Role:

  • Strategic Partnership: Partner with senior leadership to understand business goals and challenges, providing strategic HR guidance and solutions to drive business success.
  • Talent Management: Implement talent strategies, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, and succession planning.
  • Organizational Development: Lead initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness, including culture transformation, change management, and leadership development.
  • Employee Engagement: Design and execute programs to foster a positive employee experience, improve engagement, and promote a culture of inclusivity and diversity.
  • HR Metrics and Analytics: Utilize HR metrics and data analytics to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives, providing insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant employment laws.
  • HR Compliance: Stay abreast of employment laws and regulations, ensuring HR policies, practices, and procedures are compliant and up-to-date.
  • Change Management: Lead change management initiatives to support organizational growth, restructuring, and business transformation.
  • HR Projects: Manage and execute HR projects as assigned, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, fostering collaboration and partnership to drive HR initiatives forward.

 

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • At least 10 years of work experience in Human Resources
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Proven experience in talent management, organizational development, and change management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.
