Your role: 

  • Eliciting and documenting business requirements as an input to strategic projects, ensuring we continue to provide excellent employee experience.  
  • Understanding business needs, creating project business cases and proposals, defining project ROI and KPIs
  • Identifying, managing, and implementing opportunities, processes and tools to enhance our employee experience and our Voice of the employee program.
  • Investigating best strategies to ensure adoption of technology and AI, documenting clear requirements and working with project teams to ensure an effective and timely project delivery.
  • Facilitating user sessions to identify needs, benefits, and gather sufficient information and feedback to translate them into clear requirements.  
  • Becoming an Expert in skill-based HR Products, looking into agile project management (Scrum), ticket handling and follow-trough with our external vendor to stabilize, enhance the existing talent marketplace platform as well as deploy new skill-based HR products and features. This includes keeping track on status of prioritized functional demands and enhancements for existing use cases (i.e. mentoring, learning, jobs, …), as well as supporting the implementation of new use cases (i.e. succession, …) from the alignment and definition of requirements with manifold stakeholders, up to testing and go-live.

 

Who you are:

  • Min 5 years of business analyst role experience working on different global strategic projects including projects that incorporate AI /Gen AI.
  • Experience in customer or employee experience being able to engrain employee experience concepts across the organization and identify, define and document personas and user journeys working with users, project team and stakeholders.
  • Proven prioritization and analytical and problem- solving skills to help maximize the benefit of IT systems investments.
  • Proven experience in reviewing, analyzing, and proposing “as is” and “to be” process. Able to anticipate requirements and to uncover areas for improvement.
  • Proven success experience in gathering / documenting requirements and risk assessments, for large scale Global functional/data/AI strategy projects on a multinational environment. Knowledge of AI including application of machine learning, NPL, Virtual Assistance is a plus…
  • Able to incorporate superior user experience in requirements and to reach consensus when receiving conflicting requirements.
  • Knowledge and previous experience working and managing agile projects (Scrum methodology) leveraging various HR tech platforms: SAP HR suite, Phenom or other candidate CRMs, SNOW, Walkme ... and AI products such as Chat GpT; and project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, DevOps…
  • Cost benefit analysis skills. Identifies measurable business value to ensure business strategy and project objectives are realized.
  • Strong relationship building skills. Able to communicate with different audiences, including C level communication, to present status updates and create and present proposals to management, and support the communication and identification of change management plans as well as coordinating and facilitating user sounding sessions.
  • Adaptable and flexible in navigating changing priorities and environments, demonstrating a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Exhibits emotional intelligence by understanding and managing one’s own emotions and empathizing with others, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Strong teamwork skills, effectively collaborating with diverse teams to achieve common goals and enhance the overall employee experience.
  • Knowledgeable on Data infrastructure, data dictionary and data governance principles to be able to define, capture and map data requirements.
  • IIBA Certification of Competency in Business Analysis (CCBA) and/or Employee or Customer Experience is a plus.
  • Proficient English skills required. 
  • Needs to work in CET shift
