Your Role: 

•Develops and executes strategic approach and tactical plans for small molecules with a focus on: Maximizing Reach, Accelerating Growth and Increasing penetration / share
•Responsible to achieve and exceed revenue targets for small molecules business along with Zonal Heads
•Partner CA, Regulatory and Validation Services team to create “pull” and “push” plans for the Small molecules Business
•Monitor regulatory changes, market trends, competition, and lead localization initiatives, GTM and pricing strategies for growth
•Manage pipeline, accurate forecasting and reporting
•Lead, develop and implement trainings to build organization capabilities
•Collaborate with channel manager, country and zonal heads to develop distributor strategy and execution to penetrate untapped customers/market
•Participate and represent Merck in Industry forums / Regulatory Bodies / BIS / Government Agencies / HLN with customers
•Collaborate with Corporate communication / marcom team to run marcom initiatives

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor degree or higer in relavanet majors, like chemistry, bio-chemistry, biothechnology, etc.
  • 15 years experience in pharma excipients, in roles like sales, business development or stretegic planning.
  • Having a solid knowlege of the technical aspect of excipient products and can can provide techno commercial support to commercial team in winning business.
  • Strong influncing skills, and able to collaborate with stakeholders locally and globally.
  • Able to partner with government authorities on regulatary and policy-shaping topics.
  • A self-driver and strategic thinker.
