Key Responsibilities:

  1. To support the implementation of the Company Group EHS strategy and goals on site
  2. To support compliance with EHS regulations and Corporate EHS policies, standards, and procedures
  3. compliance with all applicable national and international EHS regulations and Corporate EHS policies, standards, and procedures. Protection of the company site, employees, assets, and reputation against external and internal EHS risks.
  4. Submission of compliance task in Hawkeye tool.
  5. Conduct Emergency Mock drills.
  6. Conduct EHS committee meetings at regular intervals.
  7. Schedule for Be safe walk about and ensure that the departments are conducting Be safe walk about.
  8. To provide technical expertise and support on all EHS related issues in the facility
  9. To provide EHS statements for investments
  10. Overseeing the operation of CETP.
  11. To assure and maintain adequate EHS training provided to employees according to their respective job profiles.
  12. Inducting all new joiners about the company safety & environment policies, method of working according to the policies and systems
  13. Preparation of EHS KPI report
  14. Drive EHS continuous improvement through implementation and review of EHS programs (e.g., ISO 14001 and 45001 Group Certifications, Business Continuity Management, Process Safety Indicators, Safety Culture, EHS Operational Excellence, Global Employee Health, Organization Group Sustainability Targets and Programs)

 

Education:

Bachelor of Electrical /Mechanical Engineering/ Chemical Engineerinhfrom reputed Engineering college.

Certified Safety Professional (Minimum of Post Diploma in Industrial Safety)

 

Work Experience:

  • Must have around 15 year’s experience and at least 5 to 6 years in Manager’s role.
  • Worked in reputed Pharma / Engineering Industries preferably
  • Must have managed team size ~ 4 people minimum.

  • Kaizen/Lean Methodologies

  • Good knowledge on problem solving techniques, Lean Six Sigma.
