Your Role:

  • Acts as a business partner to the site leadership team and an important counterpart for the divisional controllers
  • Manages all financial matters that support achievement of strategic and operational objectives including capital expenditure management
  • Manages financial planning process for local Operations and proactively supports the reporting and forecasting processes
  • Manages activities for database, master data in the ERP (SAP) ( FI/CO master data)
  • Appropriately balances operations and business perspectives in developing forecasts, and provides transparency into business drivers, risks and opportunities. Uses a "balanced" approach under the pressure of managing multiple priorities as well as communicating a clear finance strategy to the team
  • Monitors business trends and provides relevant data, analyses, and fact-based recommendations to the Site Leadership Team
  • Creates and documents improvement potential, guidelines and directives based on best practice and knowledge of internal / external business challenges
  • Prepares additional complex ad hoc analyses as required, presenting recommendations to senior management as appropriate
  • Provides the Controlling organization with all necessary information in a timely and accurate manner
  • Ensures correct standard cost and productions cost for manufacturing sites on an annual basis, and track & explain production order variance,material price variance on monthly basis.
  • Responsible for Budgeting, Reporting and Capex Controlling from an financial perspective
  • Capital investments, proving financial data to influence investment decisions (at production site & division level if needed)

 

Who You Are:

  • CMA with minmum 10+ Years of experiance in simillar position
  • Substantial experience with demonstrated success in a variety of operations / business environments. 
  • Experience in pharmaceutical and/or chemical production is a plus

Skills, Performances & Competences required by the position:

 

  • Experience in controlling function with manufacturing operations and project management
  • Proficient use of SAP as ERP-system
  • Result orientation, accuracy and reliability as a must
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and teamwork skills.
  • Operation / business analysis, financial planning and reporting skills that generate business insights that add measurable value. Current knowledge of current trends in finance and functional best-practices
  • Must be capable of collecting, assimilating and synthesizing relevant business/operating information and data to develop fact -based recommendations and support business decision making
  • Capable of driving change with a proven track record in implementing process improvements
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a matrixed environment with different stakeholders, and capable of gaining commitment and coordinated action for initiatives

Knowledge of accounting regulations, company accounting policies, and company internal controls, with unquestioned integrity in the application of such standards
