Role Summary:

The Portfolio Analyst is responsible for monitoring, analysing, and reporting on the performance and health of project portfolio.

The role ensures data-driven decision-making by providing insights on financials, risks, and timelines, enabling effective portfolio governance and alignment with strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor, analyse & report on project portfolio
• Prepare dashboards and reports
• Create projects & maintain data quality
• Analyze forecast vs. actuals and ensure consistency
• Ensure data accuracy across portfolio and financial systems
• Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders for updates and adherence to KPIs
• Support governance, reporting timelines, and compliance

Key Skills:

• Proficiency in Power BI, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Knowledge of portfolio/project management tools
• Strong analytical and financial analysis skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and reporting quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field
• 3–7 years of experience in portfolio management, project governance, or financial analysis
