Your role: We are looking for an experienced Product Owner to advance our Process Modelling initiatives through the implementation of a powerful toolset based on SAP Signavio. This role will ensure seamless integration with our Process Mining capabilities and the broader Data & Analytics Ecosystem, UPTIMIZE. By promoting collaboration and innovation within the Process Modelling community, you will play a key role in driving positive change and empowering our organization to achieve greater efficiency and effectiveness in our business processes. As part of your role, you will join our Data & AI Products Organization within the MDAO team that is bringing a product-led mindset to the UPTIMIZE D&A ecosystem. You will report to the Global Head of AI & Analytics Products Portfolio.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Vision and Strategy:
    • Establish and communicate a clear vision for Process Modelling and its Centers of Excellence (CoE)
    • Develop and translate strategy into a multi-year process roadmap, including operational goals and objectives
  • Process Improvement and Innovation:
    • Anticipate organizational needs and identify necessary resources (both human and capital)
    • Assess and prioritize opportunities against business objectives
    • Manage risks associated with process changes
    • Determine creative means to introduce and implement new and innovative technical and process solutions
  • Stakeholder Management:
    • Work closely with stakeholders to identify product improvement opportunities (based on user journeys and related user experiences)
    • Champion a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization
    • Build and maintain relationships across all levels of the organization
  • Governance and Best Practices:
    • Develop and manage a robust process governance model integrated into the UPTIMIZE ecosystem
    • Ensure adherence to best practices in Process Modelling across the organization

 

Who you are:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in Business Process Management (and in dept Process Modelling) or related roles
  • Strong understanding of Business Process Management and Process Modelling methodologies (explicitly BPMN 2.0), tools, and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in SAP Signavio (explicitly Process Manager, Process Governance and Collaboration Hub)
  • Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams
  • Experience in developing and implementing process improvement strategies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Certification in relevant BPM or project management methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, SAFe, PMP) is a plus
