Your Role:

The Project Analyst – Regulatory Excellence supports the planning, execution, and measurement of process improvement initiatives in the regulatory domain. With ~5 years of experience in Lean Management, Six Sigma, and Agile practices, the incumbent collaborates with process owners to optimize workflows, and drive data-driven improvements. The role emphasizes problem-solving, stakeholder engagement, and the timely delivery of compliance solutions in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.

Project Support and Execution:

  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking medium-scale regulatory projects and Lean Six Sigma initiatives.
  • Support development of project plans, timelines, risk registers, and status communications.
  • Coordinate Kaizen events and cross-functional workshops under guidance from senior project leads.

Process Improvement and Analytics:

  • Map current-state processes, identify waste, and help design improved workflows.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support development and performance monitoring.
  • Maintain dashboards and regular performance reports for informed decision-making.

Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration:

  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders in a global matrix organization to gather requirements and ensure alignment.
  • Facilitate meetings and workshops, capturing action items and follow-ups.
  • Build and sustain relationships with process owners, compliance teams, and external partners.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, and Design for Six Sigma principles.
  • Explore new tools and methodologies to enhance project execution and process efficiency.

 

Who you are:

  • Graduate or Postgraduate in business
  • 4-6 years of hands-on experience in Lean Management, Six Sigma, and process improvement.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting Kaizen or similar rapid-improvement events.
  • Experience in regulatory or quality domains is a plus.
  • Certifications: Green belt (preferred)
  • Change management mindset and ability to adapt in a dynamic regulatory environment.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Lean, and Six Sigma methodologies; openness to Design for Six Sigma where applicable.
