Your Role

• Are you ready to lead the optimization and management of Veeva systems across our organization? We are seeking a dynamic and empowered leader to oversee our international team responsible for Veeva processes. In this pivotal role, you will define and implement our strategy for Veeva systems, driving compliance and innovation in our processes.
• You will play a crucial role in the corporate eQMS Veeva Falcon, providing insightful reporting on process performance, KPIs, and compliance levels. Your expertise will help shape our approach to quality and ensure we meet the highest industry standards.
• We are looking for a critical thinker who is not afraid of negotiation and alignment with business stakeholders. You will challenge the status quo and engage confidently with senior management, navigating organizational hierarchies effectively. Your proactive approach and motivation will be essential in driving continuous improvement initiatives and benchmarking best practices.

Who You Are:

• Education: Academic degree in relevant disciplines (Pharmacy, Chemistry, Engineering, Information Technologies, or related fields).
• Experience: Strong knowledge of Veeva systems and related processes plus strong background in Process Ownership, IT Project- Management and Release Management (5-9 years experience)
• Regulatory Knowledge: Excellent understanding of regulatory requirements for computerized systems and validation (e.g., GxP, FDA regulations).
• Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate and align with diverse business stakeholders.
• Critical Thinking: Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a willingness to challenge existing processes.
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior management and cross-functional teams- with empathy & emotional intelligence  
• Motivated: A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is empowered to drive change.
